Livingston Cellars White Peach Cocktail:
- 5 oz. Livingston Cellars Chardonnay
- 2 oz. E&J VSOP Brandy
- 1 peach
Puree the peach (be sure to toss the pit before) and brandy in a blender. Once it is smooth, pour it into a champagne flute.
Cover the peach mixture with the Chardonnay and stir gently to blend the peach mixture with the wine.
Multiply recipe as necessary to serve guests.
Livingston Cellars Sangria Punch
- 1 bottle Livingston Cellars SANGRIA, chilled (1.5L)
- 2 bottles Gran Spumante Sparkling Wine, chilled (750mL ea.)
- 8 fl. Oz. E&J VSOP Brandy
- 1 bottle club soda (1L)
Combine ingredients in a punch bowl and serve. Garnish with candied fruits.
Serves approximately 12-15.
